I think the BBC produces some of the best television in the world — perhaps the best the world has ever seen.
Tonight's Panorama, though, was a classic example of why I think it must be disbanded.
Title: The Cuts — Can you fight back?
Theme song: Who do you think you are kidding Mr. Hitler?
Threatened services: money-losing swimming pools, free music lessons, under-used community centres
Advice: "make a nuisance of yourself"
Presenter: (Scottish)
Where do these people think the money comes from?
Why do they think they are entitled to it?
Why do we fund BBC propaganda?
I fear this will end not just in tears, but with bloodshed.
